Access Card Key Issuance

Provisional credential for personnel asset database access

This terminal issues a provisional access card key for the internal Personnel Asset Management (PAM) interface — the ledger used to view assigned Foundation Credit balances, canteen deductions, and compensation line items. The card key is not a physical credential until processed by Personnel.

Submission procedure (required)
  1. Complete the fields below and verify the card preview.
  2. Download the card key image (PNG).
  3. Submit the file to Personnel Records / HR intake at your assigned Site (in-universe: attach to Form PAM-CK-001; community use: profile image or fan work).
  4. Do not laminate at home. Central Accounting does not reimburse personal laminators.
